Mosque management software and announcement system
Most of a mosque's admin is the same every week: publish the prayer timetable, tell people about a Janazah or a fundraiser, keep track of members, and collect donations. MyMasjidScreen does those jobs in one place, and everything published reaches the screens in the prayer hall, the mosque's page on this site, and the congregation's phones at the same time.
Prayer timetable
- Enter times by hand, import a timetable, or have them calculated for your location.
- Iqamah set per prayer, either a fixed clock time or a number of minutes after the Adhan.
- Jumu'ah handled separately, including a seasonal offset from Dhuhr.
- A printable monthly timetable PDF, and a widget you can embed on the mosque's own website.
Announcement system
- Write an announcement once: it appears on the prayer-hall screens, the mosque page and the app.
- Janazah notices, events and a news ticker for shorter messages.
- An urgent message can be put on every screen immediately, from the dashboard or the imam's phone.
- Emergency alerts take over the whole screen when needed.
Members and attendance
- Membership plans, applications the mosque approves, and printable ID cards.
- Door check-in by scanning a member's card.
- A public check page so a card can be verified.
Donations and fundraising
- Campaigns with a target and visible progress, shown on screens with a QR code.
- The mosque's own payment accounts, so money goes straight to the mosque.
- Donation pages that can be shared outside the mosque.
The Friday khutbah
- Broadcast the sermon live for people at home, in an overflow room, or travelling.
- Listeners use the website or the free app; nothing to install in the mosque beyond a microphone.
Who can do what
A mosque has admins and managers who can change times and publish announcements, and ordinary members who cannot. Control of the screens is limited to admins and managers, and every sign-in and change is recorded.
Common questions
Does an announcement have to be written twice?
No. Write it once and it appears on the prayer-hall screens, on the mosque's page here, and in the free phone app.
Can we keep our own donation account?
Yes. A mosque connects its own payment accounts, so donations go directly to the mosque rather than through us.
Can we show prayer times on our own website?
Yes. There is an embeddable widget, and a monthly timetable that prints as a PDF.
Who is allowed to change things?
Only mosque admins and managers can change prayer times, publish announcements or control the screens. Sign-ins and changes are recorded.
Is there a members system?
Yes: membership plans, applications the mosque approves, printable ID cards, and check-in at the door by scanning a card.
