After Finishing the Meal
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

Alhamdu lillahil-ladhee at'amanee hadha wa razaqaneehi min ghayri hawlin minnee wa la quwwah.
What it means
All praise is due to Allah Who fed me this and provided it for me without any power or might on my part.
